Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

Join African American Student Union and the Student Center for a free screening of the Oscar nominated Selma at the Historic Academy of Medicine (where the movie was filmed)! Then be a part of the Campus Conversation, an open-space reflection on race and equality. For the first 200 students with a valid BuzzCard, there will be refreshments and takeaway t-shirts to keep the conversation going!

Doors open at 5:30pm, and the screening starts at 6:00pm.  Aren't able to make be there at 6pm? Join the Campus Conversation afterwards at 8:00pm! Seating, refreshments, and giveaways are first come, first served. Also please note that there is NO PARKING available for this event. Attendants are encouraged to use the Tech Trolley.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to see a powerful film about racial inequality and non violent protest, and engage in a student lead discussion about the important issues Selma raises! This exciting event, part of AASU's Black History Month programming, is brought to you by the Student Center, Historic Academy of Medicine, and Campus Services!
