There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Join African American Student Union and the Student Center for a free screening of the Oscar nominated Selma at the Historic Academy of Medicine (where the movie was filmed)! Then be a part of the Campus Conversation, an open-space reflection on race and equality. For the first 200 students with a valid BuzzCard, there will be refreshments and takeaway t-shirts to keep the conversation going!
Doors open at 5:30pm, and the screening starts at 6:00pm. Aren't able to make be there at 6pm? Join the Campus Conversation afterwards at 8:00pm! Seating, refreshments, and giveaways are first come, first served. Also please note that there is NO PARKING available for this event. Attendants are encouraged to use the Tech Trolley.
