There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Thesis students are encouraged to attend these small group workshops to work with an international student advisor to determine their OPT timeline. These sessions are limited to 15 students to ensure that each student gets individual time and is able to get all questions answered. Please use the iStart scheduler to sign up for one of these sessions.
Before attending, thesis students should have a good understanding of OPT so that we may spend time discussing your personal situation rather than providing an overview of OPT. Therefore, any students who attend should review the OPT thesis tutorial and information found on our OPT website at oie.gatech.edu/opt.
