Effective performance management enables us to collaborate as we identify talents and strengths and honestly reflect on areas where improvement and growth is needed. It helps us build trust, provide clarity and make an ownership investment in our work. 

During our time together we will explore a step-by-step strategy that can assist in successfully managing the performance assessment and planning process. We believe performance management is a collaborative process and is most effective when both manger and employee are actively engaged and are working together. These sessions will give you points to consider as you navigate the performance planning process.
