Summary Sentence: Help us welcome Geshe Dadul Namgyal speaking on "Benefits of Meditation to Personal and Social Life"

Full Summary: This talk begins our pilot project on Meditation, Mindfulness and Mental Acuity. Geshe Dadul Namgyal is a Buddhist practitioner and scholar and received his Geshe Lharam, the highest degree of learning in Tibetan Buddhism, from Drepung Loseling Monastery.  He has served as translator for the Dalai Lama and is currently a leading member of the Emory-Tibet Science Initiative.
