There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. U.S. Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently announced the timeline for the 2016 H-1B cap. As expected, USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions for 2016 on April 1, 2015. It is expected that the H-1B cap will be met within the first five business days of opening and therefore the H-1B cap will close on April 8, 2015.
