There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. An "active shooter" is an armed individual who has attacked with deadly force one or more persons, and who will continue to randomly seek out and kill as many people as possible. Active shooter situations can occur anywhere, even on college and university campuses. This class is intended to educate students, faculty and staff on response options for active shooter situations.
