Summary Sentence: Enjoy this lunchtime program with the Executive Director of Living Walls in Atlanta, Monica Campana

Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

The Georgia Tech Office of the Arts and Poetry@Tech will host the second event in the Arts@Tech Salon Series, a new lunchtime speaker series focusing on a variety of arts-related topics, on Wednesday, March 25 in the Galleries of the Ferst Center for the Arts.  The event features Monica Campana, Executive Director of Living Walls, an Atlanta organization that seeks to promote, educate and change perspectives about public space in our communities via street art.

Living Walls invites street artists from around the world to Atlanta each year to turn outdoor walls into canvases for their colorful, provocative expressions.  In 2009 street artists Monica Campana and Blacki Li Rudi Migliozzi founded Living Walls based on the idea that the power of art could change perspectives about the public spaces in our communities.

The Arts@Tech Salon Series is sponsored by the Georgia Tech Office of the Arts and Poetry@Tech.

Tickets are free and lunch is included.  Tickets can be reserved by phone or in person at the Box Office in the Student Center, 404-894-9600. Seating is limited.
