OHR Learning SeriesThe purpose of this learning experience is to give participants the tools and the confidence to confront their toughest issues with courage, confidence and skill. During this session participants will learn to address attitudinal, behavioral or performance issues, how to confront tough issues with confidence and skill, how to clarify what is at stake if nothing changes, all the while enriching relationships through honest, respectful discussion.
