School of Architecture Lecture Series: The Living Building Challenge: Are the Materials that We Specify Harming the Building Occupants?

Materials Transparency will discuss the requirements for both LEED v4 and the Living Building Challenge, and where the market is heading based on these challenges presented by the two rating systems. The lecture will incorporate representatives from Epsten Group, as well as Mohawk Group. The Mohawk Group has been engaged in the materials transparency movement and is currently taking their design studio in Dalton, Georgia through Petal Certification.
