Chris Jones, a professor in the School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, was named a 2014 American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Fellow in November.

Jones was elected an AAAS Fellow in the Section on Chemistry for his “contribution to innovation, education and scientific leadership.” He will be recognized at the 2015 AAAS Annual Meeting in February in San Jose, Calif.

Election as a fellow of AAAS, the world’s largest general scientific society, is an honor bestowed upon members by their peers.
