In addition to his basic tutoring duties, Dr. Clint Stivers has coordinated the CommLab's pilot tutoring program for postdoctoral fellows across campus (a program generously sponsored by the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Affairs, Dr. Susan Cozzens). Last summer, Clint attended the International Writing Center Association's Summer Institute to work on the development of this important new program. Clint also has helped design and facilitate our new dissertation boot camp program for graduate students.

This is the third time in CommLab's short history that one of our tutors has been selected for this award. Previous winners are former assistant director, Nirmal Trivedi, and current assistant director, Joy Bracewell.
