There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Three officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention policy office (Drs. Corinne Graffunder, Elizabeth Skillen, and Cecilia Joshi) will lead a seminar on public health policy as seen from the CDC. This will be a broad overview with highly-placed officials in the CDC, so come with questions. Another CDC official (Dr. Miriam Kelly) will give a brief overview of the CDC-GT collaboration. They will also talk about the CDC's response to the Ebola epidemic.
Dr. Graffunder is the acting Associate Director for Policy.
Dr. Skillen is the acting Deputy Director for Policy.
Dr. Joshi is in the Policy Research, Analysis and Development Office.
