On Nov. 7, 2014, Matthew E. Oliver was invited by the Economics Department at the University of Memphis to present a seminar on his research on natural gas pipelines. The working paper he presented is entitled “Optimal Capacity and Two-Part Pricing for Natural Gas Pipelines under Alternative Regulatory Constraints”, and is coauthored by David Finnoff and Charles F. Mason of the University of Wyoming. Dr. Oliver received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Memphis in 2008.
