There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy (CISTP) and the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs will host a talk with Dr. Qi Wang of the School of Literature, Media, and Communication and Dr. Jin Lu of the School of Modern Languages that will be moderated by Dr. John Garver of the Nunn School. Drs. Wang and Lu will be talking about movies, television, Chinese culture, language, aesthetics, and other topics that can be quite central to understanding the current situation in China and where its trajectory.
