The Georgia Institute of Technology has been ranked the smartest public college in the United States by Business Insider, highlighting the brainpower and affordability offered by the school.
Tech topped the list, followed by the University of California, Berkeley, College of William and Mary, United States Air Force Academy, and University of Virginia.
