There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Applications to be a tutor or PLUS Leader the Center for Academic Success for Spring 2015 are now available! The Center for Academic Success offers a free peer tutoring program to currently enrolled Georgia Tech students and strives to provide quality services including 1-to-1 Tutoring and PLUS (Peer Led Undergraduate Study) for a number of undergraduate core courses. PLUS tutors maintain a 3.0 GPA and have made an “A” in the every course they tutor. Tutors and PLUS Leaders receive training and work on an hourly basis by creating their own tutoring schedules (averaging 5-15 hours per week depending on your schedule). Tutoring schedules are flexible; however, they do require attendance at 1 credit hour training course for all new tutors, CETL 2001: Fundamentals of Tutoring, on Tuesdays from 11:05-11:55 PM.
