The Georgia Tech Mentor Jackets program is currently seeking supply chain and logistics mentors for the 2014-2015 academic year. Mentors will be paired up with Tech students interested in pursuing a career in this area.
ABOUT THE MENTOR JACKETS PROGRAM
Mentor Jackets is the nationally-renowned program sponsored by the Georgia Tech Alumni Association and the Student Alumni Association (SAA) that pairs current Georgia Tech students with alumni mentors in a one-to-one mentoring relationship. The goals, time commitments, and expectations for each mentoring pair are determined entirely by the student and mentor, so the program is very flexible. On average, most mentors spend about an hour per month in contact with their student mentee, whether by in-person meetings, phone conversations, Skype, e-mail, etc.
Mentor Jackets has become the most popular program for students sponsored by the Student Alumni Association and expects around 1,200 students of all degree levels, majors, and interests to participate in the coming year.
