There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Design for America (DFA) is an award-winning nationwide network of interdisciplinary student teams and community members using design to create local and social impact.
Students work in multidisciplinary teams and look to their local community to assess pressing challenges and work in teams with organizational partners to understand user needs, ideate, prototype and test potential solutions.
This semester, we will be holding several events at Georgia Tech hoping to expose students to innovation in addition to holding our weekly general meetings. We'll be showing and discussing TEDtalks and even hosting speakers from startups in Atlanta! If you're interested in learning to ideate, build, and create - please let us know in this form.
