There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. iPrevent is a Georgia Tech Fire Safety Office campus event held every year to promote awareness of fire safety prevention and protection. Learning stations and demonstrations are provided to all students. Students gain knowledge by learning hands-on techniques on proper use of a fire extinguisher, learn what to do in the event of a fire, discuss escape routes with a Fire Safety Specialist, and witness the stages of a mock dorm fire provided by a live demonstration.
