In a forthcoming issue, the Journal of Regulatory Economics will publish an original research article by Dr. Matthew E. Oliver of the Georgia Tech School of Economics and co-authors Charles F. Mason and David Finnoff of the University of Wyoming.  The paper, entitled “Pipeline Congestion and Basis Differentials”, analyzes interactions between natural gas spot prices and pipeline infrastructure constraints.  It is currently available online via Springer’s early view portal at the following link.
