There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. In a forthcoming issue, the Journal of Regulatory Economics will publish an original research article by Dr. Matthew E. Oliver of the Georgia Tech School of Economics and co-authors Charles F. Mason and David Finnoff of the University of Wyoming. The paper, entitled “Pipeline Congestion and Basis Differentials”, analyzes interactions between natural gas spot prices and pipeline infrastructure constraints. It is currently available online via Springer’s early view portal at the following link.
