OMED Transitions 2014

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Full Summary: OMED TRANSITIONS, is a one-day program designed to help acclimate incoming URM grad students to the GT environment.

OMED TRANSITIONS, sponsored by Procter and Gamble and GT OMED: Educational Services, is a one-day program designed to help acclimate incoming under-represented minority graduate students to the academic and social environments at Georgia Tech.

Students will be introduced to the many resources available here and will have the opportunity to network with faculty, staff and current students.

During OMED TRANSITIONS, faculty/student panels and the presentation of information on a full breadth of topics will be offered in order to aid in a successful adjustment.
