*********************************
There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Summaries

Summary Sentence: Part of Human Resources' benefits education seminar series

Full Summary: ***Please note: this session will not cover 2015 benefits, only current benefits. As we approach the annual open enrollment period, our Georgia Tech Benefits team will facilitate a meeting to educate you on your current benefits and how to make changes during the year. We will review our navigation of our new website, documents, and requirements for all changes.

***CLARIFICATION***

There has been some confusion as to the precise subject matter to be delivered at this Be Well session.

What this session covers:

This Be Well session is designed to cover current (2014) benefit offerings, how to make changes, how to add dependents, etc.

What this session does not cover:

This Be Well session is in no way intended to be an overview (nor a preview of) the 2015 benefit plan. Much more info on your 2015 benefits and how to make your selections will be announced in the coming weeks. You will have ample opportunities to learn more, including consultations, a helpline, a benefits fair, and much more. However, tomorrow's Be Well session won't cover anything related to next year's benefits.

Still interested?

Apologies if this created confusion and we understand you may no longer be interested in attending tomorrow's session. However, if you are still interested in attending this session on current benefits, please register here so we have a good headcount.
