Yaszek to Attend HERS at Bryn Mawr

Lisa Yaszek, LMC's Director of Undergraduate Studiies, has been accepted to the Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Leadership Institute for summer 2014.  This program, which is co-sponsored with Bryn Mawr College, started in 1976 to  offer academic women the opportunity to acquire continuing skills for leadership development and senior leadership positions in higher education.

Lisa will be one of approximately 70 women administators and faculty from the US, Canada, and Africa. The two-week residential program prepares participants to work on issues currently facing higher education, with emphasis on increasing diversity of study body and the work force.
