There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Tech Research Institute researchers show off the best in their independent research and development (IRAD) during GTRI's annual IRAD extravaganza, held at the GTRI Conference Center (250 14th St.).
The IRAD Extravaganza will be held in two half-day sessions. The Thursday, June 12, session will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and Friday, June 13, from 9 to 11 a.m. IRAD of the Year candidates will present at 11 a.m. on Friday, with lunch at 12:15 p.m. The presentation of the IRAD of the Year will be from 1 to 1:30 p.m.
Each 2-hour session will have presenters grouped according to core competencies: Scientific Test & Evaluation; Systems Development & Deployment (Sustainment); Advanced Systems Development; Secure Information and Communications; Electromagnetic Materials & Quantum; Threat Systems R&D.
