There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. "Meeting the Challenge: The Path Towards a Consumer Wearable Computer," a new exhibit curated by Georgia Tech faculty and researchers, debuted at CHI 2014 in Toronto at the end of April 2014. Showcasing more than 20 years of research and commercial efforts to bring wearable computing technology into our daily lives, the exhibition included electronic textiles, advances in battery life, on-body interfaces, and head mounted displays.
