Progressive Discipline for Improved Performance

Through interactive role plays and practical exercises, current and future managers will learn to:

  1. effectively communicate with their employees about performance or conduct concerns;
  2. choose the appropriate level of discipline after prior corrective measures have been unsuccessful; and
  3. properly administer discipline, including how to document every step in the disciplinary process.
