There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The annual NANOSMAT Prize recognizes, substantiates, and honors high calibre scientists for their professional leadership, originality, and innovations in research and development relating to nanoscience and nanotechnology with a particular focus on nanomaterials. Wang was awarded the prize based on his breakthrough and inspitational research in the field of nano-piezo and nano-ferroelectric materials.
The award will be presented at the 9th NANOSMAT conference at Trinity College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland in September.
