Kim Invited Speaker at UC Berkeley Conference

Professor Byung-Cheol Kim was invited to give a talk at the 2014 Networks, Electronic Commerce, and Telecommunications (NET) Institute Conference at UC Berkeley Haas Business School on May 9, 2014. This conference was an invitation-based conference among 2013 NET summer grant recipients. Dr. Kim delivered his talk on his recent work on investment incentives of major content providers such as Google, Netflix, Amazon, etc. would change with network capacity levels, and how such changes would affect consumer and social welfare.
