Overview of how ExxonMobil uses technology to maintain our position as the top oil and gas company and discuss the IT career opportunities available with Exxon Mobil.
Biographical Sketch of the Speaker:
Aaron Masterson, a graduate with B.A. from the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, has been with IT in Exxon Mobil for 15 years. During his first ten years, he worked in various technical and project management assignments within the infrastructure organization. More recently, Masterson has had the opportunity to do some roles outside of traditional technical assignments such as IT planning and stewardship and IT recruiting. He is now responsible for all recruiting within the United States (campus recruiting, internship program and experienced hires) for anything related to IT.
