On Monday, February 24 @ 6:30pm in the Boggs Building, Room B6 the Office of International Education will host Charles H. Kuck from Kuck Immigration Partners, LLC an Immigration Law Firm in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Kuck will lead an informational presentation titled the Nuts and Bolts of Immigration Sponsorship in the U.S. which will focus on Employment and Family Based Pathways for Temporary and Permanent Visas in the U.S. including H1B and Lawful Permanent Residence. The information session is targeted to international students and scholars who are interested in gaining a broad understanding of immigration pathways based on employment or family based sponsorship for a temporary work visa or immigrant visa in the U.S. Mr. Kuck is the managing partner and oversees the nationwide immigration practice. He is a former National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), has been recognized regionally, nationally and around the world for his work as a corporate immigration attorney and has testified in Congress on immigration issues.
