The Georgia Tech Bar Association is excited to invite alumnus Judge Trenton A. Ward for a lunch to discuss his experience on being a judge. We welcome GTBA members, as well as any alumni who want to network with the legal community!
About Judge Trenton A. Ward
Judge Trenton A. Ward was appointed as an Administrative Patent Judge to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, upon selection by the Secretary of Commerce of the Government of the United States of America. Judge Ward is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, with honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Judge Ward possess many years of experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, and reexaminations as an associate, and later a partner, at the law firm of Troutman Sanders, LLP. Prior to law school, he participated in the development of high speed internet access products as an electrical engineer at Nortel Networks.
