Speaker:  Mr. James Pauley

Speaker’s Title and Affiliation: Senior Vice President, External Affairs and Government Relations at Schneider Electric SA

Seminar Title: Schneider Electric SA

Biographical Sketch of the Speaker:
In his role as senior vice president, external affairs and government relations, Mr. Pauley is responsible for state and federal legislative and regulatory policy. He oversees the Schneider Electric relationship with government officials and agencies. In addition, he has responsibility for the Schneider Electric strategy and participation in trade and industry associations, standards organizations and conformity assessment bodies.

Over his 28 year career, he has held positions in industry standards, product management, marketing and product planning.

Pauley currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), he is Chair of the Standards Council for the National Fire Protection Association, Co-Chair of the ANSI Electric Vehicle Standards Panel and Chair of the NEMA High Performance Building Council.

Pauley holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed professional engineer in Kentucky.
