Georgia Tech Marching BandThe Marching Yellow Jackets were recently named to the Liberty Mutual Insurance Top 10 College Marching Bands list, coming in at #7 in the nation. The complete list can be found at http://bit.ly/1ae1rAS.
"This ranking is a testament not only to the exceptional teaching and dedication of the School of Music staff that directs the band, but to the sheer hard work and commitment of the students," said Frank Clark, chair of the School of Music. "There are countless hours of summer planning, band camp, rehearsals, arranging and drilling that get them to Game Day, so this honor couldn't be more well-deserved."
