Georgia Tech students are invited to attend the FREE, advance screening of the upcoming motion picture "MANDELA: LONG WALK TO FREEDOM" starring Idris Elba, Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 @ 6:30pm, Regal Cinemas at Atlantic Station.
This movie is based on the autobiography of the anti-apartheid leader Nelson Mandela and chronicles his remarkable journey from early activism, to prison, to the global outcry that led to his release. About the film: Directed by British filmmaker Justin Chadwick, “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom” is based on the autobiography of the anti-apartheid leader. It chronicles Mandela’s remarkable journey from early activism to the 27 years he spent in prison to the global outcry that led to his release.
