The Office of Institute Diversity will open the 2014 Georgia Tech Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration with a keynote address from his Excellency, Ambassador Eugène-Richard Gasana. Ambassador Gasana is a Rwandan diplomat and is the current Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations in New York City.
