Prof. Christine Ries is an invited faculty member at this week’s annual Free Market Forum of Hillsdale College to be held in San Diego. The Forum for this year addresses “Markets, Government, and the Common Good.” Sessions include “Economics and Education,” “The Economic and Political Significance of the Dodd-Frank Act,” “Entrepreneurship in American History,” and “Capitalism and Poverty” feature a number of world-renowned authors, experts and panelists. Invited faculty meet for a long, Saturday morning session to exchange ideas on these topics and to discuss opportunities for bringing, classical, free market perspectives into their classrooms.
