America Recycles Day

No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Full Summary: This event will promote and foster enthusiasm for recycling and sustainability at Georgia Tech. The Office of Solid Waste Management & Recycling will be working with American Textile Recycling, Paper and Clay, and the Office of International Education to showcase recycling efforts across the world, and to encourage students to go green. We will have various crafts for students to make such as coasters made from magazines, headbands made from T-shirts, gift bags made from cardboard boxes, and business card holders made from books. We will also have games like Recycle Tac Toe, free organic popcorn, a photo booth, and giveaways. Come join us for some fun-- all while promoting the environment!
