   Dr. Stephen Ralph, Director of Georgia Electronic Design Center (GEDC), gave an invited talk at the Korea-USA International Tech Forum in City of Ulsan, South Korea on Oct 25th, 2013. Ulsan, best known as the home of Hyundai Motors and one of the world’s largest oil refinery plants; has the highest gross domestic product (GDP) of and is the most industrialized city in South Korea.
