There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

You are a stronger candidate for teaching jobs open to those who need to pursue alternate certification once you have completed the eligibility steps. You can only teach in member systems to participate in the Metro TAPP program. They are: Atlanta Public Schools, Buford City Schools, Clayton County Schools, Cobb County Schools, City Schools of Decatur, DeKalb County Schools, Douglas County Schools, Forsyth County Schools, Fulton County Schools, Gwinnett County, Marietta City Schools, and Rockdale County Schools. See the bottom of this newsletter for each system’s website.
There are other RESAs in Georgia that service other systems.
