He is an expert on Colombian urban law and land management instruments and has consulted for organizations such as: Bogota's Urban Renewal Project; Bogota's Secretary of Planning; Bogota's Land Bank; the Ministry of Housing; Andes University; the World Bank, and; the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Prof. Juan Felipe Pineda will speak about Land Use Law & Policy in Colombia.
