The Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth is pleased to welcome Prof. Juan Felipe Pinilla Pineda, a Colombian lawyer and urban planner.  He is an expert on Colombian urban law and land management instruments and has consulted for organizations such as:  Bogota's Urban Renewal Project; Bogota's Secretary of Planning; Bogota's Land Bank; the Ministry of Housing; Andes University; the World Bank, and; the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.  Prof. Juan Felipe Pineda will speak about Land Use Law & Policy in Colombia.

Monday, November 11 from 12-1 p.m. in Room 675 of the Urban Life Building, with a reception following the event in the 4th floor faculty library/lounge
