Are you interested in launching a career in social enterprise?  If so, consider taking advantage of a unique opportunity available to Georgia Tech students who have a desire to work in emerging markets and use social enterprise principles to solve global issues.

For the second year, Georgia Tech has been selected as a “Fast Track Partner” for the IDEX Accelerator, a program that assists young, aspiring social entrepreneurs in launching their careers.  IDEX will select fellows to participate in an intense, six-month “residence-in-training” with a social enterprise in either India or Kenya, offering participants intense field experience working in the developing world, along with a leadership training curriculum.

As a “Fast Track Partner,” Georgia Tech will once again qualify to send 2 candidates to the IDEX committee for special consideration outside of the normal application process. The Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship, housed in the Scheller College of Business, will be managing the Fast Track partnership for Tech and selecting the students that will be recommended to the selection committee.

Join the IDEX team on campus on November 26 at 1:30 pm for an information session to learn more about this unique opportunity. The information session will be held during the normally-scheduled Social Enterprise class in room 203 of the Scheller College of Business.

All are welcome to attend!
