Rebecca BurnettDirector of Writing and Communication, Rebecca Burnett presented a plenary address, "MULTIMODALITY: Emphasizing Workplace Realities in Business Communication," at the 78thannual international convention of the Association for Business Communication, held this year in New Orleans.
