"Predicting Construction Costs Using Text Mining and Ensemble Classifiers" by Trefor Williams
Trefor P. Williams, Ph.D., P.E. is professor of Civil Engineering at Rutgers University.
His areas of research interest include IT and artificial intelligence applications in construction, prediction of construction costs, and configuration management.
He received a B.S. in civil engineering from Syracuse University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He has been a professor at Rutgers for 26 years.
