There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Are you a bit quiet, reserved and introspective? Do you prefer deep, meaningful, one-on-one relationships to "small talk," external stimulation and interactions in large groups? Do you prefer to have a full understanding of a concept before voicing an opinion during “brainstorming” sessions? After a busy day, do you enjoy solitude or need quiet time to recharge? If so, you may want to join the first of its kind nationwide: GT's innovative Employee Resource Group for introverts, called “WEB of Brilliance.”
WEB will provide a safe forum for introverts to explore and honor their unique gifts, and to examine the “quiet” nature of their significant contributions. WEB also will explore strategies for leveraging a broad range of strengths across the introvert-extrovert spectrum and bring active awareness to the impact personality style has on the Tech environment.
All staff and faculty are invited to join WEB for its kick-off meeting:
Date: Wednesday, November 13, 2013
Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Location: Student Center Ballroom
Registration: To register for this event please visit http://trains.gatech.edu/courses/index#view-12087.
Please bring a friend to the kick-off meeting - and also please encourage other introverts (and extroverts) to sign up to join WEB - or one of OHR's other 5 ERGs - at http://www.ohr.gatech.edu/erg.
