There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Mariel Borowitz is an Assistant Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech. Dr. Borowitz earned a Masters degree in International Science and Technology Policy from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has also worked as a research analyst at the Space Foundation in Washington, DC.
Dara O'Neil is Senior Research Evaluation Scientist with ICF International. She earned a BS in Science, Technology, and Culture, an MS in Public Policy, and a PhD in Public Policy from Georgia Tech. She has worked as a technical writer and a policy research analyst for the Georgia Tech Research Institute and the Georgia Department of Education, and she served as director of health workforce research for the University System of Georgia (the Board of Regents).
