Ghosal Presents Paper at Yale Law School Workshop

Professor Vivek Ghosal presented paper "Crime and Punishment: The Tale of U.S. Cartel Enforcement" at a September 27-28 workshop on “The Influence of Robert H. Bork on Antitrust Law: A Retrospective” organized by the Yale Law School, and sponsored by The Federalist Society and The Kauffman Program in Law, Economics and Entrepreneurship at Yale Law School. The workshop was organized by the Yale Law School to pay tribute to Robert Bork who passed away December 2012.
