House Vote Fuels a Perfect Storm for a New Recession

Thomas "Danny" Boston, professor in The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, addresses the House of Representative's recent passing of a bill that would continue funding the government but cut funding for the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). Boston warns a new recession is coming as the economic recovery loses steam. He says the law of averages regarding the time that an economic recovery typically lasts is almost at our doorstep, while the House wastes time on a bill unlikely to pass.
