Professor Kosal Discusses Syrian CW Use on CNN HLN

"The U.S. has a leadership position and has taken a leadership position in non-proliferation, in counter proflieration. So, those are really the driving pieces. It's stopping, or preventing, further proliferation of chemical agents, biological agents, and nuclear agents," said Margaret Kosal on HLN, "So, that's really the underlying facter that has propelled the U.S. historically and continues to propell the U.S. to this leadership role."
