There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Tech's administration and affluent donors have always had a large influence on the development of the City of Atlanta. More and more, however, it is the students who have begun to have a major impact on the way the City is growing. Atlanta's BeltLine project grew out of Ryan Gravel's (MCP/MArch '99) master thesis and Marshall Willis' (MCRP '11) applied research paper on parking fees is now a serious option to fund street improvements.
