Full Summary: This workshop provides students with an opportunity to learn skills to communicate effectively within relationships and help resolve relationship conflicts.

One of the most common causes of stress for university students is relationships (with romantic partners, friends, parents, roommates and others). Most of us have not had a course to teach us how to know and assert our own needs in relationships or how to resolve conflicts that arise within them. Some of us find that we have not seen healthy relationships modeled for us as we grew up. We may not know when enough is enough.

This workshop provides students with an opportunity to learn some skills for communicating effectively within relationships and also for learning some less stressful ways to resolve relationship conflicts.
